Spicy Tuna Tomatoes

These are a great starter or side dish and are quick to make. Most of the preparation is the 30 minutes in the oven, so in the meantime you can make another dish!

10-15 cherry tomatoes
1 box of tuna
3 ts white cream cheese
2 ts of any spicy oil you like (I used Olive & Chilli Pepper Oil)

Preheat the oven at 200°.

First you cut the tomatoes in two if they’re big, or just the top off if they’re small. I did both since they had different sizes.

Then you prepare the tuna mix. Easy peasy: mix the tuna, cream cheese and spicy oil, and have fun and smash it with a fork.

Now more fun: stuffing! Fill the tomatoes with the tuna mix. Put them in a plate, and add some parmesan on top and some olive oil.

At last, put them in the oven and leave them for around 30 minutes.

Booh Yah!

    1. That’s the result of not having big ones actually. I love how missing one ingredient makes you creative!
